You must upload a valid government-issued identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) and a recent photograph (selfie) for identity verification. Failure to provide requested documents or provision of false information may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent closure.
One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with jalaku. Creating multiple Accounts, using false identities, or registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. jalaku employs automated systems to detect duplicate Accounts. If multiple Accounts are identified, We reserve the right to suspend or close all related Accounts, void bets, and confiscate funds.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account username, password, and any other login credentials. Do not share Your Account details with any third party. You must notify jalaku immediately if You suspect unauthorized access to Your Account or any security breach. jalaku is not liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to protect Your Account credentials.
Account Information Accuracy: All information provided during registration and throughout Your use of jalaku must be accurate, truthful, and up-to-date. You must notify Us promptly of any changes to Your personal details, including residential address, email address, or phone number. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is grounds for Account suspension or termination.
Deposit Methods: jalaku accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and other participating banks) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts and maximum transaction limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to Your Account within minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Withdrawal Processing: You may request withdrawal of Your available Account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Currency: All deposits, withdrawals, bets, and Account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Exchange rates (if applicable) are determined by jalaku or the payment processor at the time of transaction.
Bonus Eligibility: jalaku offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by jalaku. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at Our sole discretion, including bets placed on outcomes already decided, bets placed after an event has started (unless accepted as live/in-play bets), or bets suspected of being placed in error or through technical malfunction. Once accepted, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
Sports Betting Rules: Sports betting outcomes are determined based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies and leagues. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules. Live (in-play) betting odds update in real-time; bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. jalaku is not responsible for delays in odds updates due to network latency or other technical factors beyond Our control.

Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, confiscation of funds, and permanent ban: use of automated betting software or bots; manipulation or exploitation of software bugs or system errors; collusion with other Players to gain unfair advantage; any form of cheating, fraud, or money laundering; abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jalaku staff or other Players; use of VPN or proxy services to conceal location or identity without prior authorization from jalaku.

We provide tools to help You manage Your gambling activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. You may set limits through Your Account settings at any time. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period (typically 24-48 hours).
Self-Exclusion: If You feel that Your gambling is becoming problematic, You may request self-exclusion from jalaku for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, Your Account will be closed and You will be unable to deposit, bet, or access jalaku Services.
